Welcome to MVF's Women's Ministry!

We are passionate about helping women foster their Up, In and Out relationships.

Our first goal is to support your Up relationship with God so you are continually growing
in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
We want to be women with hearts fully devoted to Him.

We also strive to facilitate caring In relationships with one another. The kind of real
relationships where sisters in Christ can reach out and encourage one another, bear
each other's burdens, and celebrate our victories and disappointments...
all as we do life together!

Finally, we want to be a support system for women who are desiring to make an impact
in their Out relationships- with those who don't have a saving belief in Christ- whether
they're at home, work, their child's school, or out their neighborhood and community.

We'd love to have you join us at any event, bible study, or monthly planning meeting.
As the Director of Women's Ministry, please contact me at jodi@mvfcolorado.com
with any questions. I do love to meet for coffee!

A note from the Director...

I’m a girlie girl. I like pink. A lot!

I also like to have my nails painted.
Somehow, freshly painted nails make me feel put-together, prettier, stronger, smarter, more confident, able to tackle the day.
Now, I know that fingernail polish does not impart these qualities to me.
Jesus does.

He says I am put together and pretty-
I am fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139)

He says I am stronger-
His power is made perfect in my weakness.
     (2 Corinthians 12:10)

He says I am smarter-
If I lack wisdom, I only need to ask Him. (James 1:5)

He says I am more confident-
The Lord will be your confidence. (Proverbs 3:26)

I also know freshly painted nails won’t last, despite the advancements in nail polish. Chips will happen. The polish will wear out.
I too can easily get chipped and worn out, especially when I look at myself through the lens of the world rather than the truth of scripture. I need a daily manicure from the Lord. The chips remind me to run back to the one who calls me His daughter, His beloved. I pray we all turn to Christ and scripture for the best manicures!
