A note from Morgan Carter, Director of Volunteers
We believe that as people serve, the impact of it will change lives: the lives of those serving, the lives of those they serve, and even the lives of those who simply see them giving of their time to help someone else. It's easy to think someone else will take care of the need... but serving is for your benefit too. When you serve, you become part of something bigger than yourself, and it's a tangible way to live your life like Christ. Some of the most meaningful relationships and communities at MVF have developed as a direct result of people serving together. There are plenty of places for you to volunteer on a Sunday morning or throughout the week; the opportunities are as diverse as the people who attend our services... so take a look around and let us know how we can help plug you in!
